Shipping & Return Policies
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
In-Store and Online Purchases/Returns
All bicycle sales are final, and returns will not be accepted in most cases. If there is a malfunction with the bike, please bring it to the shop and we will do our best to assess the situation and rectify it.
If there is a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us with your original receipt. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or those which are defective. Items returned without receipt will be issued a store credit only and are subject to sale pricing at the time of return. No CASH refunds. Merchandise returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or those which are defective. Items returned without receipt will be issued a store credit only. We will refund shipping costs only on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
Supplier Warehouse Purchase/Returns
If there is a problem with a product that you ordered from one of our supplier warehouses you may return the item in-store or shipped via UPS or USPS (we do not accept COD’s). Any item ordered online from one of our supplier warehouses must be returned within 30 days with original receipt and must either be in new or defective condition. All items are subject to return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
Due to the nature of a special order the following policies apply:
- Pre-payment of 20% of the original sale is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer
- Unique or specialty items require payment in full
- Non-refundable unless defective, or under warranty
Changes or Cancellations:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse at the time the order is placed. Lead times will vary due to stock and weather conditions.
We offer layaway plans up to 90 days on purchases over $2000
We require a down payment of 20% of the original price and a deposit must be made every 2 weeks.
Changes or Cancellations:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your layaway.
Cancellation of a layaway will result in a 10% restocking (on total purchase) fee to be deducted from the deposit at the time of refund.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
