Shipping & Return Policies

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call and email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading to our store. 

In-Store and Online Purchases/Returns

  • Store and Credit Card Receipt (if applicable) Required for refund

  • Returns without receipt will be issued store credit. No exceptions

  • NO CASH REFUNDS

  • Refund will be applied to the original form of payment. (Credit Card receipt required)

  • Product must be new or defective condition in order to return.

  • Labor fees, custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

BICYCLES

All bicycle sales are final, and returns will not be accepted in most cases. If there is a malfunction with the bike, please bring it to the shop and we will do our best to assess the situation and rectify it. 

**In stock bicycles purchased can be returned only if the bicycle has not left the store.

** Special order bicycles can be returned/refunded only if the bicycle has not left the store. A 20% restocking fee applies. Refer to special order policy below for more information.

ALL OTHER ITEMS

If there is a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us with your original receipts within 30 days.

You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or those which are defective. Items returned without receipt will be issued a store credit only. Merchandise returned that appears used is subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Special Orders

Due to the nature of a special order, the following policies apply: 

  • Pre-payment of 20% of the original sale is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer 

  • Unique or specialty items require payment in full

  • Special orders are non-refundable unless defective, or under warranty

Changes or Cancellations:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

  • Any cancellation of a Special order after it has been requested from the manufacturer will result in a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be paid by customer.

  • Exchanges are permitted on a case-by-case basis.

All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse at the time the order is placed. Lead times will vary due to stock and weather conditions. 

Layaways

  • We offer layaway plans up to 90 days on purchases over $2000

  • We require a down payment of 20% of the original price and a deposit must be made every 2 weeks.

  • Non pick up of a layaway after 90 days will result in the loss of deposit.

Changes or Cancellations:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your layaway.

  • Cancellation of a layaway after 3 days will result in a 10% restocking (on total purchase) fee to be deducted from the deposit at the time of refund.

Online Purchases/Returns

IN STORE FULFILLED ITEMS

If there is a problem with a product that you ordered from our store you may return the item in-store or shipped via UPS or USPS (we do not accept COD’s).

  • You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.

  • Refund will be applied to the original form of payment. (Less any shipping costs)

  • Product must be new or defective condition in order to return.

  • Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return, unless an incorrect or defective item is shipped; in this case free returns/exchanges are accepted.

Unless special arrangements are made in advance, in store pickup orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

SUPPLIER WAREHOUSE FULLFILLED ITEMS

Due to the nature of a supplier warehouse fulfilled item it is treated as a special order and the following policies apply:

  • Any cancellation of a Special order after it has been requested from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled by the manufacturer, will result in a 10% restocking fee *Shipping is not refundable

  • Exchanges are permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
