To keep your Avid brakes functioning properly, check your pads for wear and replace them when necessary. Organic compound pads are softer for quieter braking and increased modulation, while metallic pads dissipate heat better and last a bit longer. To keep your Avid brakes functioning properly, check your pads for wear and replace them when necessary.
