Return Policies

Bicycle, Frame, Fork, and Wheelset Returns will not be accepted in most cases. If there is a malfunction with the item, please bring it to the shop, or call us and we will do our best to assess the situation and rectify it.

**In stock bicycles purchased can be returned only if the bicycle has not left the store.
** Special order bicycles can be returned/refunded only if the bicycle has not left the store. A 30% restocking fee applies. Refer to special order policy below for more information.

IN STORE RETURNS

Items may be returned or exchanged at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. 

Your original store receipt is REQUIRED.
NO CASH REFUNDS

All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers and documents, must be unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. Merchandise returned that appears used or packaging is damaged, is subject to a 30% restocking fee. After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used.

Bicycle, Frame, Fork and Wheelset Returns will not be accepted in most cases.  If there is a malfunction/defect with the item, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to assess the situation and rectify it. 

Items may be returned or exchanged at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after the 30 day period are subject to a 30% restocking fee. See below for non-refundable items.

Only one exchange or return is allowed. If further exchanges are requested shipping charges will apply.

***If you have received an incorrect shipment you must notify us immediately upon receipt of item. Any notification of an incorrect shipment outside 7 days of delivery is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.


APPAREL, GEAR AND ACCESSORIES

All CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL

Closeout items may be exchanged one time. Should an exchange not be available, a store credit less return shipping will be issued.

Regular sale items may be returned or exchanged at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection. 

**Please note Items that have shipped from the "Quality Bicycle" warehouse will incur a $13.50 return shipping fee**

If your items are brand new in the packaging and can be sold as new, use the following guide to create and make a return.

Items considered new, in packaging are defined as:

  • Can be returned to our inventory as fully new and sell-able.
    • Intact unopened retail packaging, inclusive of any small parts or instructions - and (i.e. books, straps, tags, intact, keys, lock ring spacers, etc) and must be unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
  • Has not been installed, modified in anyway, or used (this includes but is not limited to: saddles, seat posts, forks, parts, or accessories, installed or modified etc)

Upon receipt of item, if our team deems the condition of the item to not be new, we will follow up accordingly. Merchandise returned that appears used or packaging is damaged, is subject to a 100% restocking fee. 


If inspection is approved as new, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded.

Please allow 2-3 business days from receipt of your item for the processing of your refund.

Unless special arrangements are made in advance, returns after 30 days are not accepted and are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Online orders shipped from the warehouse are considered special orders. Any cancellation after the item has shipped will result in a 20% re-stocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges.

Additionally, items include but are not limited to the following: Motors, Custom items, Electronic Items, Food/Nutrition, Chamois Cream, Sunglasses


REQUEST A RETURN

Special Order/Custom Product Policy

Custom orders/builds are nonrefundable. In the case of and manufacturer defect we will assist with the Warranty claim.

Due to the nature of a special order, the following policies apply: 

  • Pre-payment of 20% of the original sale is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer. 
  • Unique or specialty items require payment in full.
  • Special orders are non-refundable unless defective, or under warranty.


Changes or Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

  • Any cancellation of a Special order  including online orders not in stock after it has been requested from the manufacturer will result in a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be paid by customer.
  • Exchanges are permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Layaway Policy

  • We offer layaway plans up to 90 days on purchases over $2000

  • We require a down payment of 20% of the original price and a deposit must be made every 2 weeks.

  • Non pick up of a layaway after 90 days will result in the loss of deposit.

Changes or Cancellations:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your layaway.

  • Cancellation of a layaway after 3 days will result in a 10% restocking (on total purchase) fee to be deducted from the deposit at the time of refund.
